Outstanding service

I had a great experience at this Indochino location: my appointment was booked for 12pm; this location opens at 12 on Sunday so this was the first appointment of the day. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened and was promptly greeted at the door - it was raining and the team there did not want us to stand out in the rain. Thank you!

Then the appointment. I had seen a sale online that I had hoped I could take advantage of in-store. The associate went right to the site, identified the item and sale price, and assured me we could customize the same suit at the same price, in-store. Great start.

Then to the fabrics and customizations. The team was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, good-humored.

Then the fitting. I had not one, but two tailors working together to fit my suit. They were professional, detailed, and again, good-humored; I have a large butt for a man and learned a new tailor’s term for this asset: turns out I have a “predominant seat” - hilarious.

Friendly, thorough, and pretty quick too.

Bryan, our salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He was a pleasure to work with. Kudos ton Indochino for making the process very efficient.

I ordered a suit, it was alright, but needed major alterations. I decided to order some shirts, there was a sale. I got 3 shirts, one was ok, the other two ripped on the first wear. One ripped in the middle of my work day, the other ripped before I could even get out of the house. I have never seen a fabric disintegrate so easily. I complained to indochino customer support, they offered to replace them if I paid again with a 25% discount. No thanks.

I purchased a suite for my son's wedding from them. First of all I don't understand after taking my measurements the suite could be so wrong when it arrived. Which by the way when it did arrive it looked like I purchased it at a thrift store.

So I go in and have them correct all the issues with the jacket and pants. The pants were done with no issues(that's why I gave them 2 stars) but the Jacket has a defect along the mid section of the Jacket. The assistant Mrg. had the nerve to tell me that all there suites are made that why and in fact my jacket was one of the better one's. There's nothing they can do and even if they made another jacket it would be the same.

Please go somewhere else to get your suite made. Your better off buying off the rack and having a tailor alter it for you.

The workers at Indochino store I went to lack customer service skills and are there just to get a paycheck.
